Ambassador Nazar Al Khirullah met with the Vice President of HKN Energy Ltd, Mr. Matthew Zeiss; the meeting explored the possibility of investing the opportunities of developing the oil fields in different areas of Iraq.
The meeting also reviewed the progress achieved in oil investment sector in Iraq and the Iraqi government’s invitation to major companies in the energy sector.
